Individual Therapy

Individual counseling is a personalized, one-on-one conversation between you and a trained counselor. The goal is to explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in a safe, supportive environment. As you work together, individual counseling empowers you to enhance your mental and emotional well-being, improve coping skills, and foster personal growth for a healthier, more balanced life.

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy is a supportive process designed to help partners explore the underlying causes of their current challenges. Through open, guided discussions, the therapist works with both individuals to identify patterns of behavior and communication that may be contributing to dysfunction in the relationship. The goal is to foster understanding, improve connection, and resolve conflicts, ultimately strengthening the partnership and promoting healthier, more fulfilling interactions.

Teen & Adolescent Therapy

Teen & Adolescent Therapy is a specialized form of therapy designed to support young people in navigating difficult emotions, mental health challenges, trauma, and concerns related to their past, present, or future experiences. Through a safe and understanding environment, therapy helps adolescents build coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and gain insight into their personal struggles, fostering resilience and promoting overall well-being as they navigate this crucial stage of life.

Fees & Rates

Individual Session: $150.00

Couples: $225

Health Insurance may pay a portion of fees

Cancellation Fee: $150

Cancellation Policy:

All sessions must be canceled/rescheduled 24-hours prior to scheduled appointment time to avoid a $150 cancellation fee. If you do not cancel/reschedule your appointment with 24-hour notice and you are assessed a $150 cancellation fee, this fee must be paid in full prior to the next kept appointment.  

Returned Check and/or Declined Card Policy:
There is a $35.00 charge for returned checks and card declined fee for any credit/debit transaction that does not go through.
